During my daily commute I see more and more people driving like they're "drunk". I've come to scrutinize them when I notice them. I'd estimate that 90% are talking on their phones while driving and not paying attention. Drifting over lines, using more than one lane and not keeping-up with the pace of traffic are the outward signs of not focusing on the road.
